Our Changing Menu
We are not going to insult our customers by using pre-made soups. We are not going to offer over-produced recipes of food that has been replicated thousands of times.
We are not going to offer a menu item "because everyone else does."
What we are offering at Norville Barnes` is different menu items, with different spices, produced in a different manner. We will make our food as flavorful as possible and constantly change our selections. We will make food uncompromised. Food with Heart. Food with Soul.
We will do this because we feel that is what the general public really wants but cannot easily find. We are doing this because we all feel that repetition and sameness is for boring people. If you have eaten the same thing your whole life, if you are closed-minded, or if you are in the "I know what I like and do not want to try anything else" mindset, this is not your kind of place.
We change our menu regularly because we get bored easily, and we think you do too.
